How do I pay my dues?

Invoices will always be sent out to the email you have indicated is best to reach you. Physical invoices are no longer mailed as of mid 2015. You can sign up for our text-based billing and Red Alert system by texting 797979 to 'SBAOR'.

 

Once your dues and fees have been invoiced, you have four easy options to pay them:

 

1) Pay online!

 

 The invoices we send out include a link to log in and pay your bill through Member Services.

You can also navigate at any time to Member Services and choose either 'My SBAOR Account' or 'My MLS Account' to see if you have any outstanding invoices. You can bypass logging into the website, by using the FlexMLS system, and clicking 'Member Services'.

2) Send us a check.

  • Remember to make your sbr number, invoice number or name visible and legible so we know who the check is for!
  • Allow for delivery time of the postal service. Checks received after the late date may incur late fees.
  • Note that the Association dues and the MLS services fees will require two separate checks to be processed.
  • Once processed we will email you a receipt as proof of payment.

 

3) Call us with a credit card.

  • We are able to send email receipts as proof of payment.
  • We take American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
  • Please keep in mind that during billing time, the volume of calls incoming will make your attempts to reach the front office difficult. We average 30-40 voicemail messages a day during billing time, and getting to each one can take some time!

 

4) Come in person!

  • We can print a receipt as proof of payment, email it to you-or both!

 

 

How much are dues?

When are bills due?

Your SBAOR membership annual dues are always due January 1st. We begin notifying you of the invoice in December via email. If they are not paid within an allotted time period, late fees will apply and your account will be suspended. By the end of the month, any suspended accounts still remaining will then be terminated, and new application fees will apply.

The SBMLS service fees are paid semi-annually, due January and July 1st. We send reminders of the invoice in December and June via email. If they are not paid within an allotted time period, late fees will apply and your account will be suspended. By the end of the month, any suspended accounts still remaining will then be terminated, and new application fees will apply.

The SentriLock key service fee is paid semi-annually, due January and July 1st. We send reminders of the invoice in December and June via email. If they are not paid within an allotted time period, reinstatement fees will apply and your account will be suspended. By the end of the month, any suspended accounts still remaining will then be terminated, and new application fees will apply.
