How much does it cost?

SentriLock is billed through the Association of REALTORS® every January and July. Each week thereafter is prorated. As of July 1st, 2017, SentriLock fees are as follows:

Standard REALTOR® Service Fees:

Administration Fee:                 $25 on Startup for new users

6 Month Access:                      $72

Payment is considered late by the 11th of the month following the due date, and users will be subject to suspension of service. Suspended accounts are subject to an admin fee to reactivate their account. Payment not received by the end of the month will terminate the account, and users will be subject to the administration fee and prorated access fee to retrieve their key service.

Additional Pricing:

Assistant Access:                    $72 every six months + initial $10 card setup fee.

Card Readers (optional):         $25 each

Replacement Key Cards:        $10 each (for REALTOR® or Assistant)

SentriLock Bluetooth boxes:  $115 each

You may only have one key access, and keys are not shared between agents or assistants.

If you have an existing key with another association that uses the SentriLock system, and are a current member of our MLS, for the time being you need to purchase a second key with us to open Santa Barbara lockboxes. Simply contact our office to add your existing key to our system.

How long does it take to get set up?

A thorough set-up and training of the key can vary between 15 to 30 minutes, at the agent's preference. We do our best to ensure you know how to use the key, and offer practice with our in-house lockbox, but we do not have the resources to provide advanced training. We strongly suggest you view the helpful youtube videos here and download the app SentriSmart before coming in.

Will my mobile key still work if I have a new phone?

You will need to re-enter the login and password you regularly use to access the app and website. Keep in mind you cannot use the app on multiple devices more than four times.

What if I am no longer a member?

SentriLock billing is done through the Association of REALTORS®. We will terminate or suspend your key according to your MLS and billing status.

What if I lose my key or it is stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, notify SentriLock immediately. A replacement card will cost $10. Only one keycard can be attached to your account at a time.

Lockboxes

How much are lockboxes?

SBAOR sells the new SentriLock Bluetooth Lockbox for $115 after tax. They are programmed only for the Santa Barbara area. We require your SentriCard to be able to program any new boxes to your account.

Can I use a lockbox from another area?

No, only Santa Barbara SentriLock lockboxes are usable in Santa Barbara.

What’s a CBS code?

CBS stands for ‘Call Before Showing’. It is a setting on your lockbox that allows you to require agents to call you for a special code before they are allowed to open the lockbox. This setting is off by default, but can be enabled by bringing your lockbox in to the association, or programming it using your mobile app or website.

What is Timed Access?

Timed Access is a setting on your lockboxes that restricts the hours your lockbox can be opened by agents. By default the Timed Access is set to 7am-9pm.

What do I do if my lockbox is not working?

For any technical or training support, always contact SentriLock first. The Association cannot diagnose the boxes or mobile app.
